The Bodies of Everest

The uniquely harsh conditions of Mount Everest make summit attempts for even the most experienced hikers incredibly dangerous, and sometimes deadly. It also makes it virtually impossible to retrieve the bodies of the fallen. This is the story of Francys Yarbro Distefano-Arsentiev, her deadly summit attempt, and her body which would serve as a landmark for hikers for years to come.
